Harriet Slade

Coach/Personal Trainer

Harriet Slade is a team GB Steeplechase athlete and Coach. Ranked 1st in her age category within Great Britain and 2nd in the World, Harriet is looking to claim her first Championship title at the 2024 World Championships games. Her hopes are to inspire others to believe in themselves and see age as a number and not a restriction.

Harriet’s career pathway has led her to go on and become and accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach, UKA athletics coach, specialising in endurance running - and Personal trainer.

Harriet believes that everyone is capable of achieving greatness with time, efficiency and discipline. Where there’s a will, there’s 100% a way so believe in yourself.

Harriet works alongside youth academy athletes across multiple team sports.

Harriet holds the club record for the 2000m steeplechase and ran in her first European Masters Champions in Poland 2024. She will represent Great Britain at the World Maters in Sweden 2024.

Mohammad Mahammad, Mo Farah, Jess Ennis, Jo pavey and Lily partridge.
